We help Westpac promote its lifestyle concierge service to a youthful demographic through a content-rich website that inspires adventures. 

The brief

We regularly deliver content, ranging from offers emails to our quarterly travel and dining magazines, on behalf of the banks and financial companies that offer Ten’s lifestyle concierge service to their premium account holders. These clients often choose to increase their complementary content, and engage Ten to work on a one-time project or targeted campaign. Westpac approached us with the challenge of building its customer base of young Australians by creating content that would make the brand appealing to millennials   

Our solution

We created a website dedicated to the most sought-after worldwide travel and dining experiences, with an emphasis on the AsiaPacific region and the travel patterns of millennial Australians. Striking an informal tone with the colloquialisms and abbreviations favoured by the target market, Pindrop Adventures hosts in-depth features by our writers and freelancers in Asia and the southern hemisphere. While we often work on password-protected content for an exclusive member base, this was an opportunity to compete with other websites by drawing on in-house and consultant SEO expertise.

The impact

Since launching in 2022, Pindrop Adventures has become a popular destination for lifestyle content through its pacey mix of seasonal and evergreen articles, from a photo feature on Australian beaches to a Melbourne Cup fashion guide. Our listicle on Perth’s top surf beaches topped the Google search rankings.
