Ten is like a family, with 20+ offices which allows me to work with colleagues across continents. The culture at Ten treats everyone, at all levels, with respect and are flexible to ensure we get a good work-life balance. They listen to employee feedback and work on enhancing employee satisfaction. In the last 4.5 years I have gotten two promotions and had the opportunity to work on various projects including Diversity, Inclusion and Equity with colleagues around the world. It has allowed me to challenge myself, work with different teams and explore new possibilities.
Ten has allowed me to have flexible working hours, have experience in different roles which allows me to gain confidence when presenting to others and communicating effectively with colleagues, and self-develop through the online Global Leadership Program.
