Ten is like a family, with 20+ offices which allows me to work with colleagues across continents. In the last 4.5 years I have gotten two promotions and had the opportunity to work on various projects including Diversity, Inclusion and Equity with colleagues around the world. It has allowed me to challenge myself, work with different teams and explore new possibilities.
