Product and Technology at Ten comes in many forms, and you could be joining one of the following teams:
- Ten Platform – our member-facing digital platform, built on Python, Django, Angular, AWS.
- Ten MAID – our proprietary CRM and knowledge platform, leveraging .NET and MVC.
- Ten Content – personalized content and eCRM, powered by Acoustic.
- Ten Data – reporting analytics and predictive modelling using Python, Tableau, and SQL.
- Ten IT – our helpdesk, sysadmin, compliance and infrastructure heroes.

Ten Platform features revolutionary travel functionality, 100% end-to-end service, a bespoke personalization engine and comprehensive synchronization with Ten MAID – creating complete parity between our high-touch and online service channels.
As with all our services, the platform can be fully white-labeled and tailored to partners’ needs.
Hear from Our Product and Technology team
I’ve worked at Ten for over a year now (since 2019) coordinating and helping build up agile teams; to implement and deliver business value rapidly and reliably. In my role as a Scrum Master I am responsible for ensuring my colleagues understand and follow our agile values and principles with continuous improvement in mind. I work with incredible people we come together with a common goal to deliver the highest quality.
We have incredible talent in the Application Support Team and I am so proud to be a part of it. Our mission is to solve technical problems thoroughly and quickly, fixing as much as we can ourselves, before funnelling them through to the developers. Our diverse team is spread wide across continents, yet we work closely together as if we are in the next room.
