“From Lifestyle Manager to Director: Anna’s Journey”
Over nearly two decades at Ten Lifestyle Group, Anna Seizer has grown from regional operations leader to Chief Service Officer, showing how ambition, adaptability, and purpose can drive a rewarding global career at Ten.
Starting as a Lifestyle Manager in 2006 she progressed through the ranks to Operations Director in 2023. In this role Anna unified teams and raised service standards across Europe. Her success and leadership mindset led her to become Chief Operating Officer, where she shaped the systems and culture that supported Ten’s worldwide expansion.
Today, as Chief Service Officer, Anna leads a team of over 800 professionals across 20+ markets, transforming Ten’s service model through AI, automation, and data-driven excellence—all while keeping the company’s hallmark human touch at the heart of every experience.
Her journey embodies Ten’s belief that great careers grow where people are empowered to innovate, lead, and make a global impact.
