We’ve worked with many greatest chefs to serve our members. Many of them are having to rethink how to stay relevant and reinvent how they do business. Ollie Dabbous was amongst the first chefs who pivoted his Hide restaurant to Hide at Home and keeps on serving our members in the comfort on the home.
Watch Ollie talking about launching Hide.
Ollie Dabbous burst onto the scene in 2012 with his debut restaurant Dabbous, which won a Michelin star just eight months later, secured a string of five-star reviews and had a reservations book blocked out for months in advance. Last year, he moved across town from Fitzrovia to Mayfair, where he set up Hide, a two-level restaurant devoted to his playful take on modern European cuisine. Before lockdown, it was one of our members’ most in-demand dining spots and one of the top places where we held tables for peak-time bookings.
Ten Lifestyle Group works closely with critically acclaimed chefs such as Ollie Dabbous and their teams to make sure that we can get our members the prime-time tables they want, even if the reservation book is full for the general public. We recently spoke to Mauro Colagreco to discover how life has been during lockdown and to find out what is next for him and his team.
